How to choose correct size for shirt?
You can prefer the size guide shared on each product page. All you have to do is compare your size measurement with the size guide and select the most relevant size.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, Cash on Delivery(COD) is available on all serviceable pincodes in India.
How do I cancel the order?
Customers can cancel the order within the 24 hours of order booking or before dispatch cut-off timeline. In order to cancel the shirt order, customer can contact the support team via email or call. Click here to contact our customer executive team.
What is Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy?
We offers 7-days hassle free returns and exchange policy.
How to place a Return or Exchange Request?
Customers can place return/replacement requests within 7 days of order delivery. To place a return request, customers should have an Order ID, Registered Mobile Number, and Registered Email. To initiate the return process, please visit the return section from the main menu.
Is Reverse Pickup available?
Yes, we provide a reverse pickup facility in India. Please note that the reverse pickup is subject to courier partner availability.
Are there any additional charges for Returns?
We deduct a charge of INR 100 for return orders at the time of refund.
How do I get my Refunds?
Customers get their refund amount via Direct Bank Transfer. As of now, UPI and Wallet Refund is not available.
How much time it will take to process Refunds?
Once the return package reaches the warehouse facility and passes the QC test, the refunds will be processed from our end within 24 hours. Usually it takes 3-4 days after pickup.
How long it will take to delivery my order?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 business hours of order booking. The estimated delivery timeline is to be used as a guide only. Once the order has been dispatched from the warehouse, customers will receive an email confirmation with shipping and tracking details. Usually, we deliver orders within 4-5 days in Pan India.
How to track my order?
If you are a registered customer, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment from the 'MY ACCOUNT' section. Follow the 'ORDER STATUS' section to view the in-transit details. You can also check the order status from the tracking number shared in an email at the time of dispatch.
Do I need to create an account to place order?
No, You don’t have to create an account to place orders. However, it is always recommended to register yourself with us via email and contact no. This can help us to contact you in case of an inquiry at the time of delivery.
Are there any shipping charges on order delivery?
The standard shipping is free of cost. You can prefer express shipping(PAID) as per your need.
