7-Day Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges

We offer 7 days hassle-free returns and exchanges from the date of delivery. Our Customer Support Team is always available to assist you with any queries.

🚨 IMPORTANT: Return & Refund Convenience Fee (Please Read)

For all returns, a convenience fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover reverse logistics and handling costs:

  • ₹100 flat for returned goods valued below ₹2,000

  • 5% of the returned goods value for returns above ₹2,000

Note: Exchanges are completely free.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, wrong product, or quantity mismatch, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.

  • We may request an unboxing video proof recorded at the time of opening the package

  • Kindly share your Order ID and registered email ID while raising the request

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before the daily dispatch cut-off time of 11:00 AM on business days.

  • Customers must raise a cancellation request before 11:00 AM on a business day to be eligible for cancellation.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

  • For prepaid orders, a 100% refund will be issued only if the cancellation request is received before the 11:00 AM cut-off time.

  • Cancellation requests raised after the cut-off time or post dispatch will not be entertained and will be treated as a return, subject to the applicable Return & Refund Convenience Fee.

  • Cotton Click reserves the right to verify orders prior to dispatch, which may include verbal or written confirmation.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged

  • All original tags, labels, invoice, and packaging must be intact

  • Items marked as Made-to-Order or Print-on-Demand are not eligible

  • Items such as Rush Processing fees, personalised gifts, tips, messages, and shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Products exchanged once cannot be returned or exchanged again

  • Replacement is subject to stock availability

  • Refunds are processed only via bank transfer

  • Incorrect bank details shared by the customer will not be the brand’s responsibility

Return Pick-Up Process

  • Reverse pickup will be initiated within 24 business hours after approval

  • Pickup will be attempted twice

  • If pickup fails, customers must self-ship the product to our warehouse

  • Reverse pickup is subject to service availability at your pin-code

Refund Timeline

  • Cancellations: Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days

  • Returns: Refunds are initiated after the product is received and passes quality checks

  • The entire return refund process may take up to 14 days from initiation

Color Variation Disclaimer

Actual product colors may vary slightly due to:

  • Screen resolution

  • Lighting during photography

  • Fabric dyeing processes

Such variations are natural and not considered defects.

Important Notes

  • Do not return any product without receiving a return confirmation email

  • Products must be returned in original condition with the issued return label

  • Safe receipt of returned items is the customer’s responsibility

  • If a wrong product is returned, action will be taken based on package opening footage

  • No claims will be accepted if issues are not raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Policies may be updated at any time without prior notice
